HAMA FOUNDATION is managed by a Board of Directors (CA), an Executive Committee possibly appointed by the CA and the Founders to assign it a specific mission within a relatively short period of time, an Auditor and a General Assembly chaired by the Foundress. The list of HAMA FOUNDATION members includes three (03) categories of members:

the adherent members, volunteers and volunteers who, marked by their membership of HAMA FOUNDATION and their recognition in a specific sector, contribute in a major and lasting way to the general interest and to a harmonious development in the achievement of the objectives.
